EDITIONS

The system comes in three editions, Standard Professional and Enterprise. Standard is sufficient for most applications. Professiomal versions provide for enhanced ACD and call features like Whisper, Barge In, Least Called Agent features, wallboards and Que manager support. It also allows for integration with Customer Contact software like Salesforce and Sugar CRM, and is required for Hotel/Motel installations. It also provides for enhanced reporting and Service Level Agreement violatiom alarms.

SIZING

Systems are licensed by concurrent call size. You can have as many extensions and station numbers as you wish, but the number of calls going on at the same time (concurrent calls) is limited by the license. An extension to extension call internally counts as one concurrent call. An extension talking to an outside call, either called or answered, is one concurrent call. A call inbound that is then transferred to a cell phone counts as two concurrent calls, one in and the other out. Typically, you should size you system at between half to one third of your station size, depending on actual phone usage. So if you have 16 - 24 phones, an 8 concurrent call license should be sufficient.
